At Mystic Eye of Black Madonna, each order is prepared with care and intention before it leaves our hands. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your items.

1. Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and prepared in small batches.

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipping.

Custom or ritual-prepared items may require additional preparation time, which will be noted in the product description or confirmed via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen delivery method.

Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery times within the U.S. are 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to select countries.

Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If a package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance for added security.

6. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review and arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable.

7. Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
