Return & Refund Policy

At Mystic Eye of Black Madonna, each product is handcrafted with care, intention, and spiritual purpose. Because of the nature of our work, we have special guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal, energetic, and ritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

This policy helps protect the integrity and energy of each handcrafted item.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if you receive:

An incorrect item, or

An item that is damaged upon arrival

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mysticeyeofblackmadonna@gmail.com  with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.

3. Shipping Issues

Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.

We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

If a package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped or prepared.

Once work has begun on your order, cancellations are not possible.

5. Custom Orders & Services

All custom orders, ritual services, readings, and spiritual consultations are non-refundable once scheduled or created.
